Applicant History - Item 18. Medical History j. Kidney stone or blood in urine
The applicant should provide history and treatment, pertinent medical records, current status report and
medication. Often kidney stones will pass spontaneously if the patient ingests plenty of fluids (oral or IV). Some times kidney stones are treated surgically with urethroscopy, lithotripsy or percutaneous nephrolithotomy. If a procedure was done, the applicant must provide the report and pathology reports.
